Music at St Paul 

In our worship services, God comes to us through His Word and Sacrament and, by the power of the Holy Spirit, gives us the forgiveness and life won for us through Jesus Christ. In our music, we both proclaim those words of grace to each other and praise God in response to His great love for us. Here at St Paul, we have several different music groups which aid us in our worship.

Adult Choir

Our adult choir serves St. Paul by providing music for our traditional services. We rehearse on Tuesday nights at 7:30 PM in the music room.  This group is open to all singers ages 14 and up. The adult choir sings in worship approximately two Sundays in every month.  Anyone interested in joining the adult choir is invited to come and listen in on a rehearsal. Rehearsals began Tuesday, September 11.

Handbell Choir

We are excited to be starting up our handbell choir again this year.  We will be starting with the basics this year, and curious beginners are welcome to come and join us. Rehearsal will be held at 6:30 PM on Tuesday in the music room. The handbell choir will add a colorful new dimension of sound to our worship. Rehearsals begin October 9.

Our praise band is responsible for leading the music in our contemporary worship service. We use guitars, drums, singers, violins, and are always open to new and diverse instruments to incorporate into our ensemble. Rehearsal is held in the gym on Saturday mornings.  Come join us in making a joyful noise unto the Lord.
